The salad table is amazing, just starting my journey, seeds have germinated and placed into my table, also got a nice little greenhouse to keep birds and bugs away, keen for the future!! Easy setup, great materials!

Customer photo review of The Large Salad Table

Hi very happy with the product and the ease of assembly the online videos were great and easy to follow. The only issue I have is when I started the pump there is a leak from the plastic feed pipe, see attached photo. Looking closer there appears to be a hole, not sure what has caused this as there was no damage to the packaging. I did make an enquirer regarding the germination of seed but had no reply. On a positive note most of my seeds have germinated using the supplied rockwool cubes. I am yet to transfer them to the salad table, as they are not quite mature enough yet.

Very easy setup Plants are thriving. Covered with bird netting as we have an influx of sparrows at the moment. All in all a very good investment

Hi there, after my initial planting in my covered in veranda with limited sunlight exposure failed to excel, i dismantled and set up under the eaves facing north-northwest. I am very happy with results so far. I have been harvesting leaves as required.

Customer photo review of The Salad Table Nutrient 10L Complete Kit

I have had the triple decker salad table for a couple of seasons & it is awesome however if you don't have it in a spot that gets sun the whole way around it then it doesn't matter how good the nutrients are & they are VERY, VERY good as you can see by my tomatoes in a homemade hydroponic bed then the veges in the lower rows won't grow. In saying that I 100% absolutely recommend buying these nutrients because for the first time my 7 tomato bushes (in hydroponics & a lot of shade) have exploded & are showing no signs of slowing down..... & I live in a cold climate. Hopefully the photo worked & you can see the tomatoes.

It’s leaking and no one is answering the phone or my emails regarding it. They sent out a new piece but it’s leaking from all the spots now we let it run for half an hour and it poured out most of the special fluid stuff that goes in the water. Wish customer service was better for the price will have to DIY fix it as no one helps.

Getting the Part A & B as solids is excellent value and saves shipping water... These are the best Part A & B's we have used.

Like the small salad table. But the nutrition tub being white, became an algae farm in 2 weeks as it doesn’t stop the light from getting in. I built a timber cover to stop the light will see if this makes it better.

After a year of growing seedlings and managing to grow only 8 cherry tomato’s and some spring onion, I went with the big table. After 2 weeks I am not only successfully growing - I am enjoying this. A lot! Video is just 3 weeks in.

This was my first crop…loved it…….since then have been having problems with bugs and the heat here in Cairns FNQ….have hung up a bed mosquito net over system and had to put 70% shade cloth attached to net….by lunch time have been putting frozen bottles of water in tank as water is too hot ….I thought the system was in the perfect place for morning sun only …but even the morning sun is so hot….a positive ..by having the net and shade cloth in position it is protecting the system from the heavy rain…thank you so much for answering my questions and I am loving my hydroponic growing…

The Salad Table is a bit like having a pet, but one that you can leave at home stocked with fresh nutrients and go on a holiday for a while. The table went together smoothly, and I used the included plumbers tape to stop a leak in one of the drains to the reservoir, no big deal. I used a ruler to measure the water in the channels on the inlet and outlet sides, to make sure its draining properly and evenly distributing the water. You want just a little more water depth on the outlet side than the inlet side, so that the water is draining and recirculating, that is, water is running downhill very slightly, to the drain..I used little fridge magnets put under the salad table legs to adjust the level. I put up a dodgy trellis made of pvc & string as the black cherry tomatoes & yellow beans & sugar snap pea are climbers. I'll add more bits & strings to the trellis soon. Theres also long red chillis, thai basil, a spring onion, a coz lettuce (probs too hot for that on the Mid North Coast, going into a hot summer..) and strawberries. It seemed to hot in the direct sun, so its now against a wall, under a verandah, where it gets sun for some of the day & shade and wind protection. All the plants were grown from seedling punnets, which were cleaned and put in the pots with some clay pebbles, to keep them upright. So far the multiple bush turkeys in our yard have stayed away, but I’ll probs need to net it somehow to stop the birds from stealing the strawberries & beans. Even though the pump consumes only 20w of power, I have put it on a simple timer to save some power. During the day, the pump is on for 45mins in every hour, and night time for 1/4 hour, in every hour, to keep the roots wet. The bean leaves were being grazed on by little white moth caterpillars. Theres a big green frog that hangs out and helps sort those out sometimes. It's a real wonder to watch how things unfold and grow, up close. These observations have increased my belief in inteligent design and creation. Next step is to grow from seeds using the germination box and rockwool. Gotta get some fresh seeds, some old ones I had would not grow. I feel the design of the Small Salad Table is very well thought out, compact, good quality, goes together well, and a great way to get growing quickly and cleanly. The videos on the Salad Table website are really helpful. The Salad Table website simplifies hydroponic growing compared to some of the big commercial hydro mobs, which take a lot of deciphering. You will find a lot of pleasure in this healthy Hydroponic salad growing table thing! Enjoy!

Customer photo review of The Triple Decker Salad Table

It's the last day of winter and I wanted to be prepared for a decent spring crop of the stuff we eat daily - just myself and my wife. I grabbed a punnet of cauliflower seedlings which have EXPLODED on the bottom row, there's a mix of bok choy, lettuce, spring onion, garlic, dill, coriander and with my sturdy bamboo trellis that I zip tied in place, we have a mix of tomatoes and peas. It's extremely productive for such a compact footprint. Maintenance is minimal - I've cleaned out the tank once and refilled it probably two or three times. Today was our first lunch from the triple decker - tuna and salad wraps. Colesworths can stick their overpriced salads and plastic containers with two thirds of a sprig of dill now. I'm all set.

I love my salad table I have 12 children and they are excited to help me grow some of our food on it we’ve only had it set up for 13 days and everything is growing so quick will be investing in more tables soon and a tower it’s super easy to set up and to get it running now the fun part to experiment with what I can grow so many new learning experiences for myself and children honestly one of the best investments iv made I highly recommend the salad table it’s quiet, looks great and for my family it’s a great educational tool and most of all I know how when and where my fresh produce was grown and who’s handled it what has or has not been sprayed on it and I’m pretty sure my fresh food budget will be slashed significantly iv been spending so much money on fresh fruit and veggies to get them home and cut into them to find they’re rotten inside or just tasteless everyone should have a salad table

We purchaced 4 tripple decker sets ups to utilise with our PROPEL Alternate HSC pathway in order to give students experience with growing their own produce and being consistent in business application - our goal, (while students are still experimenting and figuring out growing cycles, times, varieties and temperture implications) is to provide our school canteen with a constant supply of fresh lettuce (to begin with - hopefully other produce looking further) to meet their needs. Students are highly engaged and invovled with weekly planting of seed in the rockwool, to ensure a consistent supply of produce which we are transfering into mini greenhouses in preparation to move into our hydroponics set ups. I am thinking we will need more!!! Lots of people are watching with interest as we develop and undertake this project which will hopefully be ongoing for many years to come. Some of my yr 12 students (who are disappointed we didn't start this earlier in their journey) have now asked their parents to get them a set up for their 18th birthdays! Thank you for a great quality, easy to use product. We had researched and planned to make our own, but this was a great decision to go with your system. We will keep experimenting and loving the growing (and as a keen gardener I am loving having this as an option every day in my classroom) Thank you! Kind Regards Tiani Page & the Avondale School PROPEL students

Customer photo review of 210 Premium Rockwool Grow Cubes

The rockwool grow cubes are so easy to work with and utilise. Not only are we working with them in our hyrdoponics set up, but also in growing seeds / seedlings for our traditional garden set up. Where we can grow larger plants such as zucchini (Which we are trially starting in hydroponics too) This is such a great way to assist hands on relevant student learning. Kind Regards Tiani Page & the Avondale School PROPEL students

Loving my salad table, I put used spring onion and leek (from the shop with roots) they both grew back!. Growing from seeds has been easy and I’ve even been able to grow extra right next to the table using the same light.

After years of fighting garden slugs and relying on supermarkets for my fresh herbs, I couldn't wait to get started. It was so easy. I put the Youtube how to video on and followed each step. I was set up and planted in 20 minutes. Now I just look every day and talk to the garden, of course. It's been 3 days and my seeds are sprouting. When they turn into plants, I will add another photo. Thanks for great service and easy to purchase checkout system. πŸ‘¨β€πŸŒΎπŸ˜ŠπŸ‘Œ
